The Croatian Association of Aesthetic Medicine
The 14th European Congress of Aesthetic Medicine with international participation is about to begin in the Republic of Croatia, which will be held on June 12, 13, and 14, 2026, at the Hotel Milenij in Opatija.
The congress will bring together a large number of local and international scientists and experts in the field of aesthetic medicine, it is organized in collaboration with the Union Internationale de Médecine Esthétique and the Italian Society of Aesthetic Medicine, and it certainly represents a scientific meeting of exceptional importance for the Republic of Croatia.
HUEM became a member of the Union Internationale de Médecine Esthétique in May 2016, during the 11th European Congress of Aesthetic Medicine, organized by the Italian Society of Aesthetic Medicine.
Among the main topics of the Congress are the diagnostic and therapeutic approach to facial treatment with a focus on 3 areas: the upper, middle, and lower third of the face, the treatment of MD points and local adiposity, the use of hyaluronidase, the analysis of the psychological aspect of aesthetic medicine patients, and there will also be a review of journals related to the field of aesthetic medicine.
The official languages of the congress are: Croatian, English, and Italian. Simultaneous translation will be available throughout the congress
